This rotary die-cutter is modular, robust and features cutting-edge technology to ensure phenomenal flexographic print quality on your boxes. With the RD 115S you can opt for up to eight print units. The modular machine concept with servo direct drive technology allows print modules for inside and outside printing in one pass, extended print module frames for optimum drying capability, slotter module for creasing and slitting, and the RDM 115 Multistacker for automatic single or multi-out pile stacking on pallets or dunnage, as well as multi-out nicked logs for bundle breaking lines. Investing in the modular RD 115S will strengthen packaging producers’ ability to grow and adapt quickly to changing market needs. This advanced machine features pneumatic plate lock-up for on-the-run plate skewing for fine adjustment. This feature allows the operators to adjust the plate while running, without opening the die-cutter.
