RD 115G Rotary Die Cutter with flexoprint
This machine combines servo and motorised drive systems with an additional creasing and slitting unit to efficiently cover as many corrugated converting requirements as possible.
With its innovative gear drive and many automatic adjustments, it is more of a hybrid machine that optimally supports the operator with his work. This was achieved through additional drives in the die-cutting area and the creasing and slitting unit so that these processes do not affect the printed image. The modular machine concept allows print modules for inside and outside printing in one pass, extended print module frames for optimum drying capability, slotter modules for creasing and slitting.

* Up to 12,000 sheets/h with input length less than 1,400 mm. Up to 10,000 sheets/h with input length greater than 1,400 mm The actual machine speed depends on print and cutting lengths, the thickness of the print plate and whether the 'stretch and shrink' function is used.
